Committed to lasting change, JLH works to improve the lives of disadvantaged communities through sustainable solutions.
Founding and Mission
The year 2015 is marked as the first full year of JLH’s operations in Uganda. JLH had observed that many around the Uganda were living in abject poverty, with meagre health facilities, poor access to education, little opportunity to improve their lives, and hemmed in by unjust systems and an imbalance of power. JLH therefore was formed as an indigenous organization to ensure that the next generation will be different.
We seek to be part of a global network of partners that strives to deliver long-term solutions to poverty.
Today, we are sunk so deep into securing a holistic approach to sustainable improvements in the lives of poor and disadvantaged people in our target locations, particularly those affected by conflict and insecurity.
